Project Management — Block 01 Hero
Project Management — Retail Revolution Co

Some projects need more than a plan. They need someone who sees them through.

The difference between a good strategy and a real outcome is execution. We scope your project, build the plan, coordinate the moving parts, and drive it to completion — so the work actually gets done.

Retail projects across the full breadth of the operation

Every project is different. The common thread is that each one has a defined outcome, a timeline, and stakeholders who need it delivered — not just planned.

🛍️

Range & Buying Strategy

A structured review and rebuild of your product range — category architecture, supplier consolidation, margin improvement, and a buying plan that connects to your trading calendar.

🏪

Store Operations Overhaul

End-to-end review and redesign of how your store operates — from opening procedures to customer flow, team accountability, and the standards that make consistency possible.

🌏

Market Entry Planning

Building the commercial and operational foundation for entering the Australian market — or expanding into new channels, formats, or locations within it.

📣

Marketing & Brand Positioning

Clarifying your retail brand positioning and translating it into a marketing plan — channel strategy, campaign calendar, and the messaging that connects with your customer.

💻

Technology & Systems Review

Assessing your current tech stack against what your operation actually needs — identifying gaps, evaluating options, and building the brief for what comes next.

📐

Other Scoped Projects

If your project doesn't fit neatly into one of these categories, that's fine. If it's retail and it has a defined outcome, get in touch and we'll tell you whether we're the right fit.

Retail projects stall when no one owns the outcome. We do.

Structure, visibility, and a completed outcome

Every project engagement includes the same foundation — a clear brief, a managed process, and documentation your business keeps when the work is done.

📄

Scoping Document & SOW

Before any work starts, you get a written scope of work — problem definition, outcomes, deliverables, timeline, and total cost. No surprises mid-project.

🗺️

Project Plan with Milestones

A working project plan that maps workstreams, dependencies, and milestones against your timeline — updated throughout and visible to everyone who needs it.

📊

Weekly Progress Updates

A short written update every week — what's been done, what's next, and anything that needs a decision. Issues surface early, not at the end.

⚠️

Risk Register

A live risk register maintained throughout the project — tracking what could go wrong, how likely it is, and what we're doing about it before it becomes a problem.

🎯

Final Deliverable

The agreed output for your project — whether that's a strategy document, an operational model, a report, or a fully implemented change. Defined in the SOW, delivered on time.

📦

Handover Documentation

Everything your team needs to own the outcome after the project closes — documented, packaged, and handed over cleanly so nothing lives only in someone's head.

Three types of retail business that benefit most

The retainer works well in different situations. The common thread is a retail business owner or leader who wants senior input on a regular basis — without a full-time commitment on either side.

The Growing Business

A retail business that's performing well and wants to keep improving — seasonal planning, margin management, team development, and the strategic questions that come with growth.

The Owner-Operator

An owner running the business day-to-day without a senior team to think with. The retainer gives them a regular, structured conversation with someone who understands retail at a senior level.

The Business in Transition

A business going through a change — new ownership, new format, new market, new leadership — that needs consistent senior support through the transition without a full project commitment.

Scoped and quoted before any work begins

Project fees are based on scope — the base engagement covers 30 hours of project management time. Larger or more complex projects are quoted with a full hour estimate upfront, so you know the total cost before committing.
